For the upcoming autumn/winter season, I’ve made a promise to myself: I won’t be freezing like I did in the last years. I’m really fed up with feeling cold all the time, so for the next months, I’ve not only bought myself the lovely quilted jacket that you already know from this post, no, I’ve also added a super warm and beautiful xxl quilted long coat by Jake*s to my collection which is sure gonna keep me warm when the temperatures drop. And on another note, it’s also pretty stylish, isn’t it?
But, to be quite honest, I’ve never really liked the style before. Only this year, I’ve finally come to terms with those kind of jackets and coats – probably also because of my sporty development (I’m also going shopping in my yoga pants these days, haha). And I’ve not only come to terms with it, I’ve actually really found a liking for quilted jackets and coats – yay!
But because I really don’t want to look to sporty on a daily basis, I like to combine the coat with some more elegant/ sporty chic pieces like my beautiful new Kashmir-Jumper by Jake*s*, chic, narrow, pants in light blue by Jake*s*, Céline-sunglasses (more than 4 years old) and ZARA sock boots (more than 3 years old).
In addition to this, my new crossbody bag by Majavia* is the perfect eye-cather in this outfit. I love this bag and I’m wearing no other at the moment – it’s sooo good! And what I love most about the bag is that there are so many ways to individualize it. You can choose between colors of the bag and the strap and also may have your own initials added to the strap and bag. What a wonderful idea and also a great gift, wouldn’t you agree?
How do you like my look and how do you prepare for the colder season? Do you have some more ideas on how to stand up against the cold?
*Unpaid ad: the clothes were sent to me by Jake*s as samples.
