Do you know what we love doing most on warm summer nights? Exactly, we looove a good BBQ! Simply packing everything together, jump on our bikes and off to the park or the beach. Because you know what? We have the coolest little grill of all times: he’s called Grilli and has the perfect size for one couple, it’s light and simple to use. You can simply hang him over the handle of your bike and off you go! The rest, we simply pack into a rucksack and my bike’s basket – so easy and we’re super mobile with this kind of technique.
But now that I’m eating 100% vegan and both of us have been vegetarians for quite some time, Max was a little bit afraid that our BBQ could turn out to be not as wonderful as they were in the past years… after all, what are you supposed to grill if not meat?!

That was, of course, a rhetorical question. You can grill lots of things! Vegetables are perfect for grilling and there are also many vegan options for your summertime BBQ that can be found at your local supermarket. How to make our vegan grilled burger
For all of you that would like to try our burger variation, I have written down the full list of ingredients. Simply stack everything, bite inside and enjoy!
Ingredients for 2 burgers:
1 pack of Garden Gourmet Sensational Burger* (incl. 2 patties, grill for about 12 minutes)
2 burger buns (roast from both sides on the grill till brown)
2 slices of a fresh tomato
4 slices of sandwich-cucumbers
4 leaves of green salad
2 sp guacamole (homemade from half an avocado, juice of one lemon, salt & lots of pepper)
2 sp vegan red pepper and chili spread
2 slices of vegan cheese (I love using a cheddar-variation)
some ketchup and mayonnaise
