Outfit: Spring feelings at Thunersee

Today, I’d like to show you one of the outfits I wore in Switzerland at our hotel Beatus, directly located by the beautiful Thunersee. I wore it for afternoon tea and dinner.

The trousers and shirt are both over a year old but I see no reason of not wearing them anymore. The pants are perfect, flattering and gorgeous. I have been wearing them for so many occasions and they always fit because they’re neither too chic nor too casual. In this outfit, I created the perfect mix between chic and leger with this combination and I really like it.

Oldies, but goldies!

The accessories are the most important factor in this outfit, though. The bag with the beautiful name “Numero Un Mini” by Polène* is a true French-chic staple and the only new-in item in my outfit. It can be carried in the hand, over the shoulder or cross-body and fits every occasion as well. The shoes are actually already a year old and are by By Far. They have been repaired once and I hope that they’ll hold longer this time as I really love them. And yes, of course my favorite Gucci sunglasses are almost over 2 years old but I’m never getting tired of them!

As you can see, this is a timeless, classic and beautiful outfit and I only used one new item. All the other items are at least one year old or older and I love the fact that they are. I am trying to use more items I already own for my items and buy less and for now, this is working very well!

How do you like my spring outfit? And what are your favorite items that you’ve been wearing for years, already?”
