How to get rid of make-up and the remains of everyday life.
My sweeties, it is no secret that I love to put on make-up and experiment with differnt kinds of products, colours and the like. Also, my everyday-make-up includes foundation, eyeliner, mascara and lipstick… and it looks great!
But of course, getting rid of all those make-up products on my face after a busy day as well as the dirt outside that nicely lays down on my skin is absolutely necessary. I wanted to show you my daily cleansing routine for sooo long and finally, I’ve gotten round to doing it. But why is this topic of such interest? Well, logically, after a long day, it is important to wash off all the stuff that got stuck on my face during the day and if you don’t, it might result in blemishes and dry, bad looking skin. We don’t want that, of course, so we gotta cleanse! So I hope these little hints help you all a bit to get a better cleansing routine as well…
For a couple of months now, I’ve been a big fan of the Biotherm Total Renew Oil, which so easily removes all the make-up and dirt on my face at the end of a long day. It leaves the skin totally clean and all that with a nice, light scent and a great, soft feeling.
Of course, it works even better with a face cleansing brush. Yeah, I know, even more technology with even more batteries, but ah, it’s so easy to see a difference on your skin after you’ve used the brush for a couple of weeks. And the batteries do last very long as well. So yeah, I’m a big fan of my Philips VisaPure Advanced Home cleansing brush. And don’t we all use electronic toothbrushes as well? It’s really similar – the circular movements just clean the face perfectly and very gently.
I’ve already told you about my love for face cleansing masks in this special face mask beauty post, but just very quickly again: since I’ve been using the berichtet, doch nur nochmal kurz: Gesichtsmaskenfan bin ich, seit ich die face masks from Kiehl’s, I’m totally convinced by this product. Before that, I didn’t really see the difference, but with the Kiehl’s masks, I feel and see how much good they do. I put on a face mask 2-3 times a week, leave it on for about 10 minutes and then remove it again with some warm water. After that comes my skincare routine…
I’ve been using the Ultra Facial Cream by Kiehl’s for about 4 months now, in the evening, I’m always adding the Midnight Recovery Concentrate beneath the cream, in the mornings, I add the Daily Reviving Concentrate before applying the cream. And around the eyes, I’m swearing on the Creamy Eye Treatment with Avocado, which nourishes my tired eyes in the softest way. Since I’ve been using these four products, my skin looks much healthier, younger and fresher and I’d really suggest you all give it a try if you also suffer from dry skin.
I really hope that this post could help some of you a little bit. Oh and by the way, you can get Kiehl’s product trials in all their shops. And now: have a lovely and relaxed day!
