Finding a cozy place in your loft? Yes to indoor-gardens!
My sweeties, this beautiful Sunday, I have brought you all a couple of nice pics from our home again. I’m really excited to find out what you’re all gonna think of part two of the “Our Home”-series. Since part one about our loft was so incredibly successful, the second part will be all about our small reading corner.
Because if you are living in a loft like we do, you don’t have a couple of rooms to choose from, but basically only one huge room where everything happens at once: living, cooking, eating, working and sleeping. At least, we also have an office/studio and a small middle room for my love’s kids. Anyway, if you live in only one large room, it is really important to build little isles in order to build some sort of structure.
Next to paravents and shelves, I also really love to separate the room with flowers and plants. They not only make the air much better, they also give such a comfortable atmosphere to the whole flat – I love that!
So, within my small reading-corner, I love to sit down and relax during my lunch break or after work. Then, I rock a little in my Eames RAR-rocking chair, read a little in Garance Doré’s Love x Style x Life book and perhaps drink a fresh ginger and lemongrass-tea to calm me down. Sounds super comfy, doesn’t it?
How do you like our reading corner and do you have something similar in your homes? Let me know and enjoy the pictures!
