Illustrated: Pro Fiber by L’Oréal Professionnel

A long-term solution for the dry tips of my hair that have been maltreated by me with bleaching them, straightening and oh so much more? That sounds like a dream and definitely too good to be true. But during Berlin fashion week, L’Oréal Professionnel gave me the chance to reiceve my first Pro Fiber treatment at André Märtens‘ hairdresser’s salon and boy, let me tell you: this treatement is something really special!

I simply couldn’t believe how soft my hair felt after my treatment and even a couple of days later, when I was back to using by own shampoo and conditioner, the feeling was still so much softer and silkier than before. My hair felt like it was newly born and freshly cut.

I normally don’t believe in such “miracle” products, but the treatment with the new molecule APTYL 100 technology really seems to work. At least for me it did and I was more than surprised about the lovely result.

So of course, I wanted to continue my Pro Fiber treatment at home and have been doing for a little over a moth now. I am using the shampoo and conditioner every time I shower, sometimes, I skip the conditioner for the masque and every 6th time, I use one of the small bottles of the Pro Fiber Re-Charge to – of course – re-charge the APTYL 100 molecules in my hair. Finally, I sometimes use the repair leave-in product before blow-drying my hair, too. It has such a silky feeling to it, that it makes my hair even lighter, softer and silkier.

Crazy, I know but all of it is true and I wasn’t even paid to tell you all of this, haha. *

I still wanted to show you the procedure that I went through at the hairdresser’s to illustrate what you can expect if you should decide to try out the Pro Fiber treatment yourself. It’s not too expensive and the effect truly is incredible. Enjoy my drawings and let me know what you think about this care-revolution?

My Pro Fiber Care-Protocol

1.

First, my level of hair-damage was being defined by me answering some questions of how often I wash, blow-dry and straighten or dye my hair. Then, there was the physical test where the L’Oréal Professionnel expert ran her fingers along a strand of my hair to see where the actual damage began. After all that and due to my ombré hair, I was given the “Restore” line from Pro Fiber – the version for medium strong damage.

2.

Afterwards, I first had my hair washed with the Pro Fiber shampoo twice and I also received also a nice head-massage. The smell of the shampoo was really nice and the washing truly relaxing. When I am at home now, I also take a little bit longer sometimes to really enjoy my hair-washing to the fullest. The shampoo and conditioner give my hair such a nice, soft feeling and that is not something very usual for my stubborn, thick and strong hair.

3.

The product was then washed out again with warm water and my hair dryed lightly with a towel. Now, it was perfectly prepared for the APTYL 100 treatment – the basis and most important aspect of the care-revolution.

4.

At the salon, the REGENERATE masque was then applied. This masque is the center and most important part of the Pro Fiber treatment as it regenerates the hair structure with the molecule APTYL 100. Later, at home, I can now re-charge these added molecules and keep the effect from the salon up to 6 weeks!

5.

At home, I sometimes also add the leave-in product for even softer and nicer hair. The result of all this treatment? Super soft, shiny hair that looks like freshly cut and like it had never been damaged. I was so surprised by the effect of the Pro Fiber series that I would truly suggest it to all my best friends!

*I was invited by L’Oréal Professionnel to try out the treatment. All opinions are my own.

PS.: My illustrations are based on Nisi’s and Desi’s L’Oréal Professionnel Pro Fiber experience video. They obviously also really liked the results. Watch the video of the twins right here:

das klingt wirklich toll, der Effekt scheint ja auch bei Teetjarejades super zu sein. Bekommt man das nur beim Frisör??

    LG
