… and this is how we sleep now.
My sweeties, how do you sleep these days? Especially now, that our bodies are still working on the change between seasons, some of my friends and I have real difficulties to fall asleep and wake up truly relaxed and fresh in the mornings.
But how can you achieve a good night’s sleep if you repeatedly wake up at night, sometimes freezing, sometimes sweating and then again with an aching neck or simply tired thanks to bad dreams.
For Max and myself, our new mattress by Dormando* does make a big difference. The different layers of the mattress make it really easy for us, two people with different weights, to sleep next to each other without any problems. All in all, we sleep much better on this new piece than on our old mattress.
My pillow, however is still a problem. Sometimes, I wake up at night with a sore and aching neck and my neck keeps hurting for two days in a row. Then I change from my pillow to a sofa cushion, but that’s also not such a good opinion, anyway. So, if you have any ideas where I can find a great pillow, do let me know!
Some other times, I simply have difficulties to fall asleep because my brain doesn’t want to go to sleep. I start thinking about one thing and then about another and yet another, until I notice that I’ve been lying awake, thinking, for hours. For that, I like to take some Valeria pills from time to time, as they help me fall asleep easily and sleep through until the morning. And they’re all natural, so when it’s really bad with the falling asleep thing, these really work wonders.
