A somewhat unusual outfit and what that has got to do with my personal comfort zone.
My sweetie, today, I’m stepping out of my comfort zone a little bit, it’s supposed to be good, right? Out of that comfortable bubble, where everything is soft and nice and out, trying something new, something unusual for myself and wow, that can change a lot inside of you!
Well, first of all, the sneakers. Awesome sneakers I might add. They’re called Reebok Classic FREESTYLE HI FACE 35* and aren’t they nice! But I must admit, as much as I love seeing sneakers on others, I’ve never really been a sneaker-girl myself. I do wear them, from time to time, but honestly, I’m more the “Birkenstock sandals in summer, Chelsea-boots in winter and slippers and Espadrilles in between” kind of girl. But you know what?! I’ve discovered outdoor-sports for myself. Cruising with my bike, running around, throwing a few balls at a basket (and missing most but who cares) plus learning to skate! I’m enjoying all of that so much right now, and whose fault is it? Of course, my love Max’s. Because when we’re outside together, it’s fun to the maximum, really! Thank you, love!
Combined with a business-like suit, the whole look suddenly turns another corner and becomes really stylish and casual, yet super classic and chic. I’m amazed how well this combination works, especially, when the suit isn’t combined with an elegant shirt, but with a simple white tee!
Anyway, with this outfit, from now on, I can ride my skateboard (well, as soon as I’ve learned riding it haha) to the next important meeting, look totally put together while being there, and then skate some more. So cool, isn’t it?!
How do you like my very un-Ricarda-like look of the day? Do you love it or loathe it? Let me know in the comments, sweeties!
