Diet food? For me? Yeah, why not if it tastes great?!
Okay, admittedly… I’m a little Gollum from time to time. On the one hand, I think dietary food is pretty uncool, because I believe that if you eat healthily and do enough sports, dropping some pounds should be super easy. But on the other hand, I’ve met and known enough women who’ve had enough problems doing just that – losing weight easily. So I kind of got a feeling for how hard it can be to feel good in your own body and that’s why I’ve been interested in diet food for quite some time now.
Not that I’d need it for myself, but when the lovely people over at Charlotte Eden wrote and asked me if I wanted to try out their product range of dietary foods just for taste and with no obligations whatsoever, I was really interested and said okay. I didn’t even need to write any article about their products, but latest when I had tried out the yummy food, I was convinced and wanted to write an article about the way Charlotte Eden wants to help women lose weight more easily while feeling much better at the same time.
Because if you really want to find a way towards your dream weight, it’s not so easy to also find the right range of dietary food. I know that from all the women I’ve known that struggled so hard with their diet programs. But I believe the feelgood-program by Charlotte Eden could really help some women to get back on the right track. The food is so tasty, especially the protein bars and food bowls – yum! I for myself will stick with the protein shakes and bars because I love to eat some protein before and after workout, but for all the ladies out there trying to lose some weight and particularly to feel better in their own bodies, this program could be just what you were looking for.
