Sometimes, I simply can’t seem to decide between chic and sporty. Which pair of shoes shall I choose? Sometimes, I want both at the same time and then, I’m really close to stepping out of my door with two different pairs of shoes on, haha. No, not really, nobody would do that, as it would be incredibly uncomfortable, especially when it’s such different kinds of shoes… anyway…
Talking about my favorite summer dress by Mango (it’s on SALE!) which I bought only a day before our trip to the South of France. This dress is so versatile that I really could imagine it being styled with both very sexy and chic open heeled shoes, but also cool and sporty with ugly sneakers. Ohhh, what should I do…?!
Daytime: cool sneakers
So here comes my solution: during daytime, when I’m busy walking around a lot, running errands, doing stuff and more, the sneakers come in handy. They are very comfortable, can’t break that quickly and thanks to a comfy insole, they won’t even make your feed sweaty when it’s still warm outside.
By the way, if you don’t wanna spent a good 600 GBP for a pair of Balenciaga Tripe S sneakers, I found a super good and high quality, affordable version at Sacha* the other day. Check them out, not too bad, eh?
Evening: sexy open heeled shoes
In the evening, it’s all very easy as I won’t even have to change my dress. All I have to do is slip into sexier shoes (I chose my favorite by FAR sandals, and combine it with my cute straw bag which fits the South of France so well! And as I won’t have to walk a lot during aperitif and dinner, the heeled shoes are perfect.
Which look do you prefer? Are you rather the sneakers-type or the heels-type? Are you chic or sporty? I can’t wait for your comments!
