2 Months of relaxed travel thanks to Philips Lumea Prestige

How at-home hair removal with IPL-technology has made travelling quite a bit easier, lately!

Wow, it’s really already been 8 weeks since I published my first article (do check it out again!) about my experiences with Philips Lumea Prestige*. Sometimes, I can’t believe it myself but time is passing oh so fast!

In these past 8 weeks, I went to a music festival, visited my parents twice, went to Mallorca, to Los Angeles and last week, to South Tyrol! How can a normal human being even cope with so much travelling?? But I loved each and every of these trips so much and as a bonus, I didn’t have to think at all about hair removal on these trips – thanks to Lumea.

Luckily, I was at home for a short period of time every 2 weeks and in that time, I could complete the scheduled next treatment with Philips Lumea Prestige (my Lumea app reminded me of the treatments – so glad about that!) and of course, it was also good to be home in between trips to do some laundry, hehe.

I managed to do both things which was good and I have to say, I got used to using Philips Lumea very quickly. I mostly completed my treatments totally relaxed, on the couch while watching a documentary on TV. I soon knew how to hold the device so it would work and my skin didn’t mind the IPL-treatment at all – it didn’t hurt and didn’t turn very red. So good!

It’s a bit sad that I can’t remove the hair on my right leg for good with Philips Lumea Prestige, but as this leg has got a large tattoo on it, I’m not allowed to use IPL-technology in that area. But in all other areas, it worked perfectly.

In South Tyrol, only a couple of days ago, I felt super beautiful and relaxed in my swimsuit without having to think about shaving at all. I could simply enjoy my time at the pool and Feld super self-secure thanks to Philips Lumea. We spent our day at the Alpenroyal Grand Hotel, a 5-star hotel in the Dolomites which had a fantastic SPA-area and various different swimming pools as well as a super modern gym.

I decided to simply sunbathe and enjoy the moment while Max went swimming almost the whole time, so sweet! And with a new level of self-confidence I lay there, in the sun, without having to fear new hair or shaving pimples showing. Philips Lumea Prestige really made my travelling much easier and gave me a whole new feeling for my own body!

On Instagram @catsanddogsblog, I’m even giving away one Philips Lumea Prestige, so head over there and check it out!

Have you read my first blog post about Lumea Prestige and still remember it? And what do you think about IPL-technology to remove your hair? Perhaps some of you even tried it already? Do let me know in the comments!
