Movement and statics under the midday sun.
Physics? Geometry? Oh my, are you thinking back to those dreadful school years, now? Hopefully, you didn’t. Anyway, for me, Physics was always cool because of those black holes that I’m a big fan of (they just fascinate me so much) and I loved geometry because I could simply sit and draw… most of the time. But anyway, I won’t be talking about school in this post, no!
Much more, the title is supposed to articulate what you can also see in the pictures: the opposites of the static lines on the tennis court where we shot this editorial, and human, softer forms. Movement vs. static lines, it’s a great mix.
I love opposites, and as they say, they attract. Also, that’s why my blog is called CATS & DOGS – opponents like cat and dog, they still can get along. So even strong opposites find a point, where they meet, where the lines cross. And once these opposites unite, the bigger whole is so much more beautiful and strong than the sum of those opposites could ever be.
Too much of a complex subject for tea time? Okay, no problem. Just sit back and enjoy the pictures, then. I really hope you’ll like them. Do you? Let me know, I can’t wait for your comments!
